Welcome
Thank you for visiting my page, so, if you have reached this far then I know you are ready for change. The question you may well be asking yourself is: Why should you work with me?
The answer is simple – as your therapist, I will help you travel through your therapeutic journey, in a caring and empathic manner.
My clients tell me that I am 'approachable and friendly' and that they find it easy to open up to me.
I don’t believe in a ‘one size fits all’ approach, which is why I ensure that all of my clients receive a bespoke therapeutic experience, tailored to their individual needs.

I have extensive experience in working with adults, parents, children and adolescents. All therapy sessions are set at your own individual pace. The sessions are goal-focused and only when you have comfortably completed your therapeutic journey and feel stable in your life, then your therapy will end.

As a professional, I believe in developing my skill set. Therefore, I carry out up-to-date therapeutic research in my personal time. I engage in continued professional development; which means I attend courses and events that keep me abreast of current changes and developments within the BABCP, The International Society for Schema Therapy, the NHS and National Institute for Clinical Health and Care Excellence (NICE).
